I loved everything! I had zero expectations because we just came from another hotel that looked better in the pictures and smelled like cigarettes so we did not want to set out hopes high. However, upon entering the lobby, it was cozy, warmly lit, elegant, clean, and smelled neutral. On top of the aesthetics, the staff would be the crowning jewel of this hotel. Sana, in particular, went over and above her duties. It was impressive, especially in Europe where most had been stiff, and not sympathetic (sorry! my experience!) I could not connect to the internet due to my laptop's security issues and Sana worked on it extensively until it was finally connected JUST BEFORE MY FIRST WORK MEETING. Talk godsend? It was not the fault of the wifi but their eagerness to give us a wonderful stay, I cannot discount. The location, I would say, is in the nicer part of the city. Quiet, away from most tourists but the shops are nearby. Galleries Lafayette 5mins away by bus, Eiffel maybe 10? I have not been pleased this much by a hotel I stayed at in a loooooong time. What a delight. This will be my home in Paris in all future stays. Thank you for making my trip wonderful!

The hotel is relatively small and because of this it has a cozy vibe. It's decorated in a simple but beautiful Parisian way, from the lobby area, up to the rooms. The room was small (as the majority of options in Paris) but really well structured and because of that seemed more spacious. The furniture is clasic Parisian style, simple, pretty and comfortable. Also, it was clean and room service was good as well. Another positive aspect was the closet (many hotel rooms in Paris don't offer one) - I don't know if this is a major plus for everyone but for me it is because I don't like to have my clothes stuffed in the luggage. Our room was perfectly quiet - mainly because the hotel is situated on a adjacent street between 2 busy boulevards (Haussmann and Rue La Boetie). Location is great, with fast access to metro stations and walkable distance to Louvre or Champs Elysees areas. Last but not least, the staff was really nice and friendly.

Perfect location, kind and professional staff, well maintained lobby and hotel. We totally enjoyed our stay here. After checking out, our luggages were stored nicely in the closet before we picked up. The lady helped us were very friendly. My daughter left her puppy toy in the lobby when we were in a rush to the airport. It carries her memory with Paris and is very special to her. The staff member Dennis kindly confirmed it was found. We are so grateful for the hotel and will definitely recommend it to friends and family who travel to Paris.

The service at this hotel really was exceptional. Everyone at front desk couldn't have done more to help us. I accidentally booked a double instead of a twin, and they went the extra mile to accomodate us comfortably. When I forgot my key, they helped me access my room. I needed an adapter for my phone charger, they loaned me one. All of this was done with smiles and the most courteous attitude. The hotel itself is stylish and conveniently located. It met our needs perfectly. Thank you so much to everyone at the hotel for their service.

From the reception staff,Nayeem, Dennis, and the Gentleman who served us breakfast, they were very good, and we are truly thankful for top-notch service. Nayeem at the reception was very helpful with giving us information about the city and even went ahead to upgrade our room to ordering us a taxi. The customer service of this boutique hotel should be rated a 5star. Value for money, and I highly recommend the hotel. Will definitely be staying here again when in Paris.
